Your Certification doesn’t add value if you Don’t follow this practice

The current trend on Linkedin is to showcase your certification achievement. But I personally feel that there are two types of certification achievers.

  1. One who achieves it by doing study/work experience and practice tests.
  2. one who takes dump and study dumps and achieves the certification.

Let’s Think about why you required Certification?

I believe you all will agree with me as we required it for career growth, knowledge and to make ourselves up to the mark for market standard.

If your goal is also the same then you have to do a small evaluation before going for any certification program.

  • What is your career path?
  • Does your certification path and career path matching to each other?
  • If Yes, then you are on track and find the next step for getting more about future learning goals.
  • If No, then do a self-assessment and find your interest area and career path.

If you do the self-evaluation and follow your own interesting path and enroll for the certification that will give you two advantages one you will get a certification badge. second, most important is that you will go one step ahead towards your dream role.

If you follow the second approach to achieve the certification by the studying dumps then I will definitely tell you that it will not add value to your career. Also if to get a chance to work on that technology then you will not feel confidant and that job will not be sustainable for you.

That does not mean you stop learning reading new technology. Only the concern is that approach that you follow to learn and get knowledge out of your efforts that you put to learn it. Think for the long term while reading something doesn’t matter for the academic or it’s for self-interest.
